WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Each year, poor mental health costs UK companies up to £45 billion. The two-day Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF) is for anybody with Line Manager duties or who is responsible for the well-being of employees who wants to learn more about mental health and how they may impact it in the workplace. You will learn how to develop a healthy mental health culture in your company through the Mental Health First Aid training. Most importantly, you'll learn how to provide a hand to anyone suffering from mental health concerns, as well as breaking the stigma around Mental Health and help create a positive Mental Health culture within their workplace. Individuals who complete this course will have the knowledge and resources to help and support colleagues and other individuals with their Mental Health and wellbeing.

CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT

Real-life scenario examples, movies, and group activities will be utilised as teaching techniques to guarantee that you have obtained the information and understanding to promote awareness of Mental Health. This course may be taken online through Zoom or in person with one of our Mental Health and Wellbeing instructors. At the conclusion of this two-day course, there will be a multiple-choice question paper.

Each delegate will get a certificate after successfully completing this course, indicating that they have completed the Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF). Certificates are valid for three years and are validated by the First Aid Awards by default (FAA).
