The most popular workplace First Aid training in the UK is the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course. You will be able to demonstrate that you have completed sufficient First Aid Training that fulfils Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations to be a First Aider in a low-risk work setting after completing the course. Our Awarding Organisation, the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB), has accredited this course, and certification is valid for three years. Individuals should take an Emergency First Aid at Work Refresher course every year to renew their First Aid knowledge and abilities, according to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
